App not responding – Public: Stocks, Options, Bonds Review

After I attempted to withdraw proceeding from a sale the app locked me out. After several emails from the company to my email the app still tells me it does not recognize my email address. I have yet to receive the $5K of a payout on stock I sold. Still no response from my direct emails to the company. VERY CONCERNED
