Can’t unlock program after paying for it! – The Run Experience Review

Paid for subscription- when I try to start a program it tells me to subscribe- can’t find any contact info through app to complain- missed this morning’s run trying to figure out how to unlock it after I have paid for a month’s subscription- very unhappy!!!
