Inaccessible to visually impaired – Google Play Books & Audiobooks Review

I can’t use the read aloud feature like I can on my Android phone and I can’t figure out how to make it auto scroll like Kindle does. To leave visually impaired users out is a huge, inexcusable and intentional oversight. Android managed to get it right but Apple can’t?
