Horrible – myAT&T Review

This app is horrible. It’s confusing. Transactions that I thought were executed weren’t. I tried to pay a bill - unsuccessful. I tried setting up autopay - unsuccessful. I called their customer service number and was on hold for 48 minutes. The rep told me everything was worked out, but it wasn’t. This is typical of large corporations. They make a ton of money, but invest the minimum in customer service.
