Would not pop up install vpn dialog – Astrill VPN Client Review

Had to log out and log back into VPN. It’s not working and so deleted the app and reinstalled it. Then I experienced, for the first time today, the problem of staying at the log in page, the wheel keeps moving but nothing pops up for an vpn installation, and then I saw a lot of comments on the same issue, from as long as a year ago. Come on really would anyone fix this?
