So we’re back to no subtitles. – IGTV from Instagram Review

After years if no accessibility and users requesting the subtitle feature. It was offered in secret, never advertised only to be taken away. IGTV isn’t accessible and Instagram isn’t bothered to fix or assist in this. So not a feature I’ll use in the future.
