Okay, but... – BI-LO Review

The only reason I have this app is so I don’t have to carry my bonus card around with me. Problem is, every time I get up to the register and open the app, I have to log in, they text me a one time use passcode, and after about 60 seconds, I can finally get into the app. This usually makes the people behind me in line very upset. What’s with all the security measures? Why can’t I just open the app and have the guy scan the barcode?
