App doesn’t work on iOS – SmartHub Review

I recently switched from a Pixel to an iPhone and this app will not log into the Utility I need. It just hangs on “signing in” for several minutes until I assume it times out. No other error messages. When I attempted to follow the “support” link in the iOS App Store it brings me to page not found within the SmartHub site. When I select “Support” from the hamburger menu, it loads the same “page not found.” Obviously, this app isn’t maintained very well for iOS, as I never had issues with it on Android.
