App used to be great – AAA Mobile Review

Now it doesn’t recognize my login and throws a “technical difficulty” error. If I mess around and find an alternative login screen I can sometimes log in, but can’t attach my member number so that I can actually use the app. Calls to tech support are useless - it takes a a long time to get through, then the reps act line this is the first time they have heard of a problem (even though the front line customer service folks say “yes, I’m hearing that a lot”) Get your act together. On all fronts.
