Not well designed – AAA Mobile Review

This concerns the AAADrive portion that rates your driving in order to calculate a discount if you have AAA auto coverage. Not really sure what's going on in the developers minds. My phone will be sitting on the seat next to me for my whole 30 minute trip, and later the ap will tell me, from time to time, I am using it - so it lowers my distraction score. Speaking of my 30 minute trips, the fatigue score keeps telling me to keep my trips under two hours. On my 30 minute trips? Really? I did notice one of my 30 minute trips was logged as over three hours recently. Not sure how that happened. The app is buggy and needs refinement. It also docks your smooth driving score if you brake too hard. I guess they're encouraging you to just hit the guy who pulled out in front of you, or run the red light, or hit the pedestrian that didn't initially see you.
