Crashes on iOS 14 – HSBC for EG, PH, SL Review

Trying to switch from my security token to the HSBC app like the web version suggested, and downloaded it. Could not even start the app - it crashed back to Home Screen on my iPhone/iOS 14. You folks tested it on a bunch of devices, before putting it on the App Store, didn’t you? Please don’t deprecate your security tokens before having a good backup process for app-based 2FA. It would certainly prompt all your customers to take their money elsewhere.
