Ignored by support – Cooking Craze: Restaurant Game Review

I love this game but more & more it goes downhill. I played two events that overlapped & was not given my rewards. One of the events CONSTANTLY asked me to take the reward I was supposed to receive but wouldn’t give it to me. So not only was it cheating me, but also actively annoying me when I tried to move on & just okay the game. So I reach out to support and get a canned response that “the issue was resolved for users experiencing problems!” while my issue was not, in fact, resolved. I responded, per the email’s instructions, and have been ignored so far (we’re at a week since I asked again for a follow up & nearly 2 weeks since I told the canned response that my issue wasn’t resolved as it bubbling declared it was). I spend more money than I care to admit on this game. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.
