Major Issues – obé Fitness: Live & On-Demand Review

Customer service is non existent, they don’t care about their customers in the slightest. I had an issue and was trying to pause my yearly membership for a couple of months and it was like talking to a brick wall, they didn’t care in the slightest and told me there was no option to pause my membership and then stopped replying to my emails altogether when I tried to ask for alternative solutions. Once they have your money it’s like you don’t exist.
