Terrible Experience – GOAT – Sneakers & Apparel Review

I usually never have problems with goat and I’ve been a recurring and consistent customer, but I had purchased a new pair of Jordan 4 Paris Saint Germains and when I received them the toe box was creased and dirty. This obviously wasn’t the new pair that I paid for. It was very obvious that these shoes had been tried on before. They couldn’t even offer an exchange. The best they could offer was a $25 store credit or a return on the shoes so naturally I went with a return. How these shoes came to pass as “New” is beyond me. It’s not hard to look at a pair of shoes and see that they’ve been worn before. If I paid for a new shoe I should get a new shoe. This was the worst experience I’ve had shopping online for shoes and will most likely be the last time I purchase anything from goat.
