Airline is good, App & Online system is horrible – JetBlue - Book & manage trips Review

I always buy More Room Seats. Flights are fine, crew is very good. The making of reservations online needs vast improvement. The response time to reset a password is SLOW. The confirmation code needs to stay away from using “O” as it can be mistaken for Zero. I find the flight cancellation insurance they offer cost more than going direct to insurance companies that offer the service directly off their web page Why doesn’t my round trip details show up on the App in the same format? It shows detailed information under the Confirmation code listing all “Travelers” by individual in blue outline but the return details are compressed in the “Your Flights” section in small black ink? It would be interesting to see JetBlue respond to comments in the App Review section Sending an email to JetBlue gets you a auto bot response they will get back to you in 5-7 days. Their phone line can keep you on hold for hours. With this Covid deal , they could hire tons more phone/internet service agents that can do work from home.
