I have lost 7 pounds from this app and here is a tip if you are trying to loose weight. So first if someone asks you if you want unhealthy food you just shake your head right to the left 3 times. And here’s another tip too. So let’s ay that you are walking up to some pretty unhealthy food you walk up to it then you turn around and walk. Simple as that! Hope these tips helped you!????
