i was so happy with this app now im really mad – Pure Synth® Platinum Review

new post/ I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to the developers team of this app, because after few hours of leaving a comment of my issue or the problem i was having with the app the developers when to work right alway to fix the problem and a few hours later the problem was fix, to me that really represents a real company that cares about their brand and specially their customers so to me that’s true quality???????? im new to apple iphone or apple in general basically, anyways so i got nanostudio as my DAW, and so i decided to buy a plugin instrument that i could use in nanostudio, so for days i stayed researching the app store and and youtube for the best plugin with the type of sounds i like and for the type of beats i like to create, and so I bought this app almost a week algo to use it in nanostudio, and yes i was able to used it in nanostudio perfectly fine and i was loving the great sounds in it, specially for the music or beats that i do make, anyway so i bought pure synth and it did work perfect, until i yesterday that i seen a update in the app store, so i did update it, and since after I did update it, when i open pure synth again in nanostudio, it didn’t make any sound anymore in nanostudio, please fix the problem since this was the only plugin that I was interested because it has the sounds that i like for making beats, i also got bassalicious because the pure synth sounds got me into trusting your company, so i was planning to get the rest of your plugins, but after this big problem now i got to think twice before trusting another of your apps, specially now that i can’t use the only plugin i did care for, and i only had this plugin for a week, luckily i only did 3 beats with the pure synth, because now i cant even hear a sound or do nothing with does beats that took me hours of make, and all because the PURE SYNTH PLUGIN DOESNT MAKE ANY SOUND IN NANOSTUDIO SINCE THE LAST UPDATE, so can the developers please fix this problem or can i less get my money back even though all i want is the plugin to get fix, so i can get back to work and having fun making music!!!!!!! ............._________________________________ update Great company and development team, they do care about their products and their customers because they will take care the problem quick,, and to me that represents quality???????? i have a big question, i already bought mostly all your apps but i haven’t buy FmTines yet and i want to buy it, but i noticed that in Pure Synth in Downloads it got the option to buy FmTines sounds contents 19GB for 9.99 but you selling the FmTines app for 14.99 so what i want to know is, if i buy Fmtines sounds content in pure synth, will i still need to buy fmtines for some other sounds content ??
