App support and development gone from great to lackluster – Simple - Mobile Banking Review

The main reason for using simple used to be the ease of use with the app. There are no physical locations, so having a clean interface that is user friendly should be a top priority. The simple team, once great, has begun severely faltering in this regard. Their dev team takes shortcuts which work on some systems and don’t on others. When reported, you get a blanket response which doesn’t mean or do anything and then never hear about it again. Their development has chosen to go the route of “make it easy to develop” instead of “make it work for the native system and user understanding”. Yes, development costs are lower when you try to make everything the same (sometimes), but your user experience is going down the drain. Please put reasonable effort and energy behind your development processes and make the banking experience wonderful for customers again. At this rate, anyone else who has a similar app with a better UX can easily come in and compromise your market share.
