Don't get it, it's trash – Simple - Mobile Banking Review

I deposited a check on September 25th and since I have a new account it would take 9 business days, understandable, thing is I still never received my money from my check. It said it spent in my account then added itself back to neutralize the account to $0. I called customer support twice and waited 40 minutes for a support worker to help and all they said was "We'll send you an email informing you" and I never got an email. It's October 8th. If you want to keep your money go to a different bank.
