Over-billing – Thumbtack for Professionals Review

As a contractor, I agreed to do a job, however when I got to the home, no one was there. I happened to be in Aiken SC doing work at my sisters, so I agreed to do another job while I was there. Homeowners were not there and never responded back. NOW , THUMBTACK IS CHARGING ME $30.00 for not doing the job. No one from Thumbtack will respond.
