Better prices; poor app – TickPick: No Fee Tickets Review

While the app usually gives better pricing than similar apps (Ticketmaster, Stubhub), the functionality is very poor. I was due a refund and they tried crediting the original card I used which had expired. I was told to update my card on file but it’s literally impossible so I still haven’t received my refund. I’ll continue to use this app only because they offer the best prices.
