Lack of information and ability – FIFTH THIRD BANK HSA Review

I hardly need money from the HSA, so to me, an overview of how my “investments” are doing (best a graph showing my contributions and the growth, lifetime, per year, last month - or so) would be the most important feature of this app. Yet, that is missing! Secondly, when i did need to use funds but couldn’t use the card but had to pay cash (overseas doctor’s visit), there’s no feature to initiate a transfer to reimburse me. Ok. So 2 out of 3 features i would need are missing! The only thing (3rd feature i need) is to check the balance. Woopdeedoo! It does that! Overall, very disappointed in the app. As well as the account itself: can’t access the website from overseas, as they seem to block non-US ip-addresses! In a global world what good are emergency funds if you can’t get to them???
