Suggestions&questions, I’m Iranian and 3 years on the game – Texas Hold'em Poker: Pokerist Review

To be honest if I’d wanted to rate last week I would’ve tapped at least 4 stars but with new happenings in the game I think even 2 stars is enough. This app is undoubtedly one of the best in its kind, anyone that tries it once can say that it’s easy to play and communicate, on the other hand the customer service is poor and I think developers must improve it. I’ll tell you why. I’ve been playing the game for three years, with too many accounts which the vip level of more than 20 of them were more than 5 ( I deleted all of them yesterday). Ive spent at least 200$ daily with pleasure For my accounts,Then I noticed that support team makes a big different between its customers, giving special stores to some player with lower vip level than mine (I’m vip8). I purchased 400$ one day and I lost in a blink ( it’s a game u loose, u win) and when I asked for a bounce they offered 30m!!!!! The worst thing that happened and I want an answer is this: My biggest fun is playing slot, I purchased 70$ im exclusive offers it’s around 700m chips, I played at tables I won till I had 2b at most then o started playing slots and only slots. I won 11.2b in slot I’m 24 hours then pokerist took 7.2b from my account which I had won in slot accusing me of transferring, even if I transferred it could only happened at tables not in slot, with which logic you took 7.2b ? I would have loose it in half hour and I didn’t care but it’s really unfair what you did. The following day I was loyal enough to purchased another 50$ and I lost in 10min in slot then I asked for a bounce and they offered again 30m which I didn’t accept and I decided not to purchased in any kama games anymore however it’s the game I love the most To the managers: customer service, respecting customers personality and answering your customers serious questions helps that you keep your customers. I deleted 29 accounts even my vip 7 account just because I felt you are not fair. But I keep playing with only one account which I won’t purchase for it. wish you the best as you are the best in some points
