Please help! – T-Mobile Safe & Found Review

Please help! I hope this bug is being fixed! LIVE TRACKING does not work with iPhones, I have an iPhone 11 with ios 14.0.1, all I know is on all the phones theLocation is set to always, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried it with VOLTE on and with it off, nothing is working! All it says is “connecting...” up on the map then after about 10 seconds it says “not connected” in orange. Please help!
