Terrible App & Customer Service – Des Moines Register Print Review

The app crashes when I tap on specific articles and when I attempt to enlarge the print. It doesn’t happen every time, but it happens enough times to force me to abandon reading the newspaper using the app. I complained to the newspaper about it but all I got was an email directing me to submit additional personal information which did not appear to me to be necessary for them to fix the bug in the app that was causing the problems;
