This app isn't supposed to long home button! – The Toddler Lock App Review

A lot of reviewers seem confused, THIS APP ISN'T MEANT TO LOCK THE HOME BUTTON! This app is meant to be a way for toddlers to to review photos and video on the iPhone w/o deleting them, stopping the video, etc. (as might happen if you let kids use the standard photo or video app on an iPHone). If you want the home button locked, this company is planning to release an iPhone case that covers the home button. But if you're in a hurry to lock the home button (on iPad or iPhone) and don't want to wait for this product to be released, there's a product called the BubCap that appears to be pretty popular, and there are cases by TRTLBOT and Fisher-Price that lock the home button from kids. As far as my experience with this app, only the Scream-Savers worked, and this just seemed to be an bland animation to entertain kids. The other features just showed me with a blank wood background, on what I assume should have been my photo and movies. Not sure what the problems is, I have a 4S with the current iOS, I reset the app a couple of time, but it simply didn't work for me. If this app works for you, then it's a bargain at FREE! But since it didn't work for me, I was disappointed. I ended up paying for an app called KidVid, and it allows me to play videos on my iPhone for my toddler, and toddlers can't touch the screen and mess up the video play. So try this free app first, and if it doesn't work, I suggest KidVid.
