I NEED HELP – Shortcuts Review

I love this, and I downloaded this because I saw my mom using it. I loved it! Then the trouble came. I got the app. It worked fine. Then I made an icon for FaceTime. It lets me make them, but on an iPad mini it takes me to safari, telling me how to use it, so I try it on my iPhone 6+. Same thing. Please try to fix that. I need help!
