Account is Gone – Rules of Survival Review

About 1 year ago, I decided to give ROS a break and remove the app from my phone. After returning back to the account later in life, and attempting to sign into my account, I noticed that after it was done syncing, there was no account visible. Like majority of games, that will keep your account (I even have my Poptropica account since I was a child). Previously, I had invested a lot of time in the app, and spent hundreds of dollars in it because I had the money, and thought that it was a game worth my time. Well, all of that is gone. I’ve reached out to their support team via email, and have yet to get a response. I have a long list of receipts, and evidence of an existing account. The only thing I had to link the account was through Google. I need someone to fix this now, so stop asking me to email the company, and not even get a response. There is no right for termination of my account, because I didn’t play it in a year. Ive had no flaws with this game, besides this. I’ve given them my money and invested my own time into this game, and this is what I get? Until this is resolved, I might as well keep it uninstalled.
