Problem with the new update

Rules of survival is a great game that I play frequently. The only problem is that the new update left me with being unable to get points if one of my friend is eight ranks above or below me, or having to miss out on a game since I’m eight ranks above my friend, please fix this.

Ive been playing this game Since the first day it came out i was good at it i use to get an average of 20 kills a game and i was wondering if i can have my acount back but just saying this now its my most favorite game ive everd played it the best of the time love this game my User name was Carson dodd

The game crashes over and over while you’re in a match which can literally cause you to lose. I watch literally just playing solo I had 17 kills and died while in a battle Jeep because the game crashed this happened plenty of times before but this time is the last straw. This absolutely unacceptable and breaks the game. Fix the game and make it stop crashing instead of adding new clothes and weapon skins ??

Please fix iOS 13.1 crashing on and go out so please do something it’s been 2 month just answer us let us know you know there’s a problem ? you say you’re game support iOS 9 and above ?
