No rings for incoming calls or texts – T-Mobile DIGITS Review

I’m missing calls and responding to texts because it doesn’t ring. Why so dissapointing? Why can’t T mobile invest in a great tech team and make it a satisfying experience??????? Really annoyed and thinking to sign off! ???
