Keep looking if you want to limit specific apps or value your privacy – SPACE - Break phone addiction Review

I was looking for an app to monitor and potentially limit usage of certain apps (mostly social media like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). This app can not distinguish between different apps so if that’s what you need, it’s not what you’re looking for. It can dim the screen, for example, when you surpass your global phone usage limit but it can’t limit app usage or distinguish between different apps. Moreover it requires location tracking to be on all the time to be efficient. I tried using it with location on only when using it and got few notifications that seemed like warnings and then finally a notification that the app has stopped tracking my time. I’m not very sure why such an app would need location services to be on strictly always but I find that unnecessary intrusion on privacy so I’ll continue looking for an app for my needs and use Screen Time in the meantime.
