Paid $17.31 for “Unlock All” and got nothing ☹️☹️☹️ – Transformers Rescue Bots: Dash Review

Frustrated that I paid, my account was charged, restarted my iPad Pro and still no upgrade to enjoy. I will have to report this to the iTunes App Store. Disappointing.
