Spent $10 and it didn’t switch to my new phone – Transformers Rescue Bots: Dash Review

I spent $10 to unlock all rescue bots. I had my phone stolen and just got a new one. I was able to download the app again and it recognized I had previously downloaded this app, but none of the bots were unlocked. I’m writing to ask customer service how I can get the bots unlocked since I had previously paid for this???? Thank you!!
