Problem with in-app purchases – Letter Soup Review

In the past two weeks I processed purchases for two batches of hints. The purchases supposedly were completed successfully but the hints were not added to my account. One was a sale for $19.99; the other was a normal quantity for $4.99. Neither group of hints was added to my total available.
