Horrible Customer service – My Family: Find Friends Phone Review

I inadvertently subscribed to the premium version of this while attempting to do a free trial. I was charged $52. I’ve sent two emails, that have gone unanswered, requesting a refund. Pitiful. If you aren’t going to give someone a refund, at least answer the email and let them know.
