App issues – Fairy Farm: Magic Village Adventures Review

I do love this game, but now I’m experiencing some app issues, and this is the problem. I originally downloaded this game and it was working fine, a few days later I’m when I loaded it the app seem stuck and nothing else was happening. So I decided to delete the game then re-download it. After I re-downloaded the game I decided to buy some crystals for $5.99, so I waited for the to appear which took maybe 3 days. But after the 3 days, the game said “you have another fairy farm account, would you like to restore that one?” And a little confused I was but I hit “yes” but I didn’t know that it was going to give me the original account that I had the first time. So the issue I’m running into now is, I don’t have the crystals I purchased and my game is freezing, and I don’t have the stuff from the second time I had to re-download the game. Can you guys look into this and fix it? Thanks.
