Botim is not working – Botim - Video and Voice Calls Review

In the UAE Botim is provided by Etisalat and they charge their customers 50aed/ month. Lately, however, the phone calls with certain countries are not working. The app gives the ‘ connecting’ message and then the call ends abruptly. I’ve contacted Etisalat on numerous occasions and they have not bothered to look into the issue. Disappointing!
