Horrible Service – Hotwire: Last Minute Hotels Review

This is the worst company for hotel booking. The first hotel had a roach infestation when this company rated the hotel as 4.5 stars. The customer service and management are some of the worst I have experienced with hotel booking company. If I could give it no stars I would.
