Won't e-mail contacts – My Contacts Backup Review

Perhaps it's my old iPhone SE (iOS 9) that's the problem, or they haven't patched old software bugs. A breeze to set up, but the e-mails never arrived to either address. Used the .99 cent Immediate Contact Transfer instead. It worked.
