No reply to requests for support – Delectable - Scan & Rate Wine Review

Asked for help with searching my library. Search used to work but hasn’t for over a year despite updating to most recent version. Sent three emails over the course of a year requesting help but no replies. Pretty useless for tracking past wines if unable to search library.
