Unable to access – Hours Keeper Pro - Timesheet, Tracking & Billing Review

Just replaced my phone and now I can’t log into the app. Wouldn’t allow me to reset password or even create another account. I’ve emailed the support team but no response. I paid a lot to use the business app and this is what I get in return.
