not sure it deserves 1 star – Hours Keeper Pro - Timesheet, Tracking & Billing Review

like everyone else, this is so frustrating that customer support DO NOT EXIST!! i am trying to reset my password after updating to pro and nada, zilch response from them. AND THEY REQUEST YOU GET IN TOUCH BEFORE YOU LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW?? BELIEVE ME, I’M TRYING!!
