Stuck at identity verification code step – DCU Banking Review

I am a new customer for DCU and thought of using this app on my iOS phone device. I can’t even log in and I’m stuck at the “identity verification code” step. The screen says we’ll send you verification code. Please select a text enabled phone number from the list below. And there’s no list over said “below” space nor I can select anything on that screen. I have my “text enabled phone number” working on phone browser and computer browser but for app it’s not working! This is very badly developed app if you have this kind of issue or bug!
