Pretty cool game, but also kinda weird – Sonic CD Classic Review

Sonic CD is a bit of a weird game in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, it’s still an absolute classic, but there are some things that I find a little strange. First, the level design. I mean, Sonic games were always known for having multiple paths to take to get to the end, each one letting you go faster/slower than another. But here, there are WAY too many paths. And the thing is, none of them seem to improve your speed all that much. The only reason for the sheer size of these levels is to hide all of the secrets, like the Metal Sonic projector, and the Flower Capsule. Also, the secrets. I have no idea how to unlock any of them. Most of them are marked as "???", with the exception of the "D.A. Garden", and I have no clue what that means. I understand that I could probably just look it up on YouTube, but I guess I'm just too lazy to do that. Besides that, this is a great game. The music is catchy, (Well, the Japanese music is. The US music is downright creepy.) the levels are fun, despite being humongous, and Tails is always a pleasant surprise. Though, if I had to choose between this and Sonic 2, I'd play Sonic 2 any day.
