Why is there a need to review my post? – CycleTrader: Shop Motorcycles Review

With covin-19 is there even anyone available through the customer support number that's on the app. Does nothing, why would a bike being posted for sale need to be reviewed by people who aren't even there to review it. Extremely frustrated, not very well thought out. 1 star for sure.
