Abuse by dealers is irritating

Dealers list new bikes with 1 mile forcing users to wade through hundreds of listings they have no interest in when searching for a used bike. Cycle trader needs to crack down on these dealers, listing a 2020 with 1 mile as used while showing full MSRP is an obvious abuse of the app.

Why is there a need to review my post?

With covin-19 is there even anyone available through the customer support number that's on the app. Does nothing, why would a bike being posted for sale need to be reviewed by people who aren't even there to review it. Extremely frustrated, not very well thought out. 1 star for sure.

Every motorcycle I have ever owned I have found on this app, BUT I do suggest they should ad a better custom motor size option. I’m looking for a Harley with a 103ci motor or higher but their engine limit stops at 1500cc’s kinda hard to find a 1690cc or higher bike on this app.

I just re-uploaded this app to do a search for a third bike, sadly what use to work doesn’t anymore. I opened the app and it’s spent the last 15min stuck in a boot loop with the clock of death. I guess I’m just going to delete it again and look someplace else

The entire search function is so stupid and makes no sense whatsoever, overly complicated and doesn't even allow you to search by keyword, only EXACT titles. Example: instead of being able to search CBR600 or something simple, you have to type in Motorcycle Honda CBR 600 RR Nationwide or something like that, so it doesn't ever give you broad search, always as specific as possible which makes finding used bikes a goddamn nightmare. Use Craigslist or OfferUp, this app is pointless

I had issues with full screen video ads that wrecked the shopping experience and I deleted the app, frustrated. Dev responded and said they communicated with ad department to fix it. Good customer service. I’ll let you know if I see any more full screen video ads and thanks for resolving the issue. I don’t mind supporting you revenue stream with static ads but please don’t ever interrupt shopping with full screen vids. It totally breaks the shopping magic. Changed back to 5 star review.
Downloaded twice, won’t open

I downloaded this app looking for a new bike. First time, I got the spinning wheel that never went away, and the app never opened. Second time, I got the exact same thing. It’s staying deleted now.

Won’t hardly load anything. I have tried using this app for a few days now and its almost unusable. Hopefully the developers that wrote this app will read this and realize they have a serious performance problem. I am a software developer and this app is so slow and locks up trying to do searches. I am guessing the api servicing this app is not scaled properly to meet the load demands.

Freezes up constantly. Forget doing a search the little circle keeps going and going. If I go to the website the site works fine.
