Game is stuck on level 18 – Style Me Girl - Free 3D Fashion Dressup Review

I’ve reset the game twice and it still gets stuck on level18 Halloween. Please fix this irritating problem. I’ve also deleted and reinstalled it twice and it still isn’t working. I’m gonna just I Uninstall it?
