Service dropped – Livongo Review

I had connectivity to the scale through my employer. The only services I used were the scale to track progress. During Covid, I was laid off. Livongo cut off my connection unannounced. Not sure why they would cut the WiFi connection to the scale due to a layoff. Totally unprofessional and unwarranted. Called Cust Svc and they offered no options.
