App is broken so is support site – The Document Converter Review

Um... I just downloaded, app won’t open. Click on app support link @ the App Store, click sign up, enter full name and email... prompted to set password, I set password,is then it says it doesn’t recognize the password. Try to log in with google - safari warns me the site is unsafe. can you email me I have an iCloud email suscipemeadastra and then @icloud.com
