The in-app upgrade stinks – Renoir Jigsaw Puzzles Review
I like the puzzles, but I don't like the ads. I bought the upgrade last year. I recently had to reset my iPod Touch and apparently the app lost track of my upgrade. I cannot contact support unless I have a Facebook account and I don't WANT to have a Facebook account. So I'm screwed I guess. I am very unhappy about this.
I don't like these in-app upgrades because then Apple washes their hands of the issue and if I cannot contact the vendor, I'm up a creek.
